1. Do you deliver outside of Klang Valley?

Answer: The Versalink store delivers within Klang Valley within 2 weeks and If you are looking to purchase outside of Klang Valley, please expect deliveries from 2 weeks - 1 month. But Versalink will provide you with the upmost reliable and cost savings delivery services before you even make the payment. (We do not ship to PO box addresses)

2. What are your shipping rates?

Answer: Shipping rates are based on the total order amount and the total cubic metres.

3. Do your products require installation?

Answer: Assembly Instructions manual is available to all products, you may download it from the product page for self installation. Should you need further information or assistance on installation, please contact us via email marketplace@versalink.com
